I think WhyNot is more about finding and developinggood ideas more than about squashing and refuting bad ones.

Good! This also opens up the donor and commentator to ideas that will allow each to self-educate on both like and opposing viewpoints. I hope to see this implemented (should be easy since the 'technology' is already there for its corollary).
