My English is not very good, and i don't know how to discribe the sound made by the car to notice other driver or passerby. Usually this kind of sound is really terrible and not pleasant to hear. Why not we change this uncomfortable sound into gentle and beautiful music or words。This will make our communtiy and world more beautiful.

If this refers to honking a horn, it is designed to be unpleasant to warn of a danger or something demanding immediate attention.
Car horn usually does the voice of feeling too harsh, and sometimes scared to death and always will be, I would like to mellow into the music, it should be a good idea, hope the car manufacturers can try next.
