A clock and/or radio with numbered keys so desired time set or radio channel can simply be punched in, instead of cycling through the 24 hour day or flipping through the radio dial.

Why don't these exist yet? Why is that when I want to program my alarm, I have to hit the hour key 15 times and the minute key 50 times? 10-key-touchpads can't be that expensive.

Good idea. My clock radio has a 'fast' if you're moving forward but going in reverse takes forever. A 10-key pad would be great.

There was one quite a few years ago. In my college days, I had one that had two knobs, one set the hours in 24 hours, the other the minutes in 5 minute increments (I'd love to have that one back).

Nowadays, it is too costly to consider mass manufacture.
