I get countless offers from my billers to "go paperless." I know that they'll save a lot of money, yet they say that I'll benefit from "enhanced security" or "less clutter." Why not share some of their benefit with me: "we'll pay you 50 cents a month to forgo paper statements mailed to you." They'd increase my faith in them, increase adoption, and engender good will.
