A dual LED which emits a red color when an important/urgentsms is received and a green one for a not so important/urgentone. You can read the green color led based smses at your leisure.The cellphone should have a two separate buttons to sendthe important/urgent and not so important/urgent messages.

This is a decent idea, but I suspect the not so urgent button will be very rarely used. Maybe you could design it so that you can set your phone to select the color based on whom the message is from.

Yes - the green button could be done away with. The red led willkeep blinking till you read the sms. A separate folder or a separateinbox for important smses could also be added.
