Your explanation of your idea is not very clear. Is this thing suppose to fly or what? What is a "vortex air simulator nozzle"? It takes a very large volume of helium to produce significant lift. Like a balloon. Propellers require an engine of considerable power to do anything. Using magnetic repulsion for levitation requires one magnet to be on the ground and another very close above it.

I have seen people air-surf using a parachute to land safely.

Hello,Dwane this concept still needs research & development,but with regard of magnetic concept the platform should be powered to produce stronger polarity as for the surfboard depends on the weight of surfer on how much magnet attached on the board and about helium yes you are right that it requires quite a bit but if it can in anyway assist from making the board lighter is a plus.Now with regards of the ring propeller which is at each end flush of the board is only to provide traction and if in anyway it can reduce the speed of descending would also be a plus and with a designed backpack kinda deal for flaps to assist upright balance for the surfer and also serves to assist on glide as you descent.For the basic use on ground boarding would be different design as for the canyon surfing this board must be in a way serves as the wings only that you're surfing on it,but this board must also require basic magnet so at the bottom of the canyon must have a platform to serve as a runway for smother deceleration.If this can be realize as a product then maybe we can evolve to go forward on improvement for making it fly.Thanx for your attention.
