Invisiline may have already beat me to this but.. I would like to see braces that can be on the inside of teeth. A Titianium wire could be made that is small enough as to not get in the way with the bite, and pull the teeth straight. This way, you could have one set of braces that would only need a couple adjustments, and people couldn't tell you are wearing them.
