Retrofit a cement pumper snorkel to pump water. Replace the hose end with a harpoon with a fan spray nozzle.The boom could be raised over a house or warehouse and rammed through to allow pinpoint fire quenching without having to drag hoses through the building or rip open the roof keeping firefighters safe.With a forward looking infrared camera the harpoon could be put right on a hot spot. The harpoon could be fitted with an adjustable spray remotely controlled.
