I'm not sure yet if their is a ryhme or reason to the order of ideas in each catagory. I was thinking, if someone has a new comment, that idea should go to the top of the page, just like in a web forum. That way you can tell at a glance which idea is getting the latest comments, or which is the hottest idea lately.
