So in actuality this would be less of a designated littering zone and more of a designated throw your trash so someone else can pick it up zone?

People somehow acquire more energy when they are properly fined.

I propose the zone be placed in Videodrome's front yard. After all, it is his idea.

I can see this idea working, even though I'm not in favor of it. From an environmentalist standpoint, trash will probably decompose faster if spread-out, not put in a landfill, the idea being that the increased surface area would lead to decomposition, like increased area does in any reaction. So maybe we should just throw out all of our trash, for maximum surface area.

Videodrome, I want you to submit a seperate why-not item for the driver-seat with a toilet.

Clearly NO ONE thus far who has commented is using their imagination. I am not a proponent of littering, hence this idea. Regular trash collection/pickup would be in place at the facility. Would you prefer to see litter all over your city streets, or simply a small cage in a secluded area that regularly gets collected? I am NOT in favor of a toilet in the car. Many of you are so critical to a failing. It's alright you don't agree - but just because one has the idea, doesn't mean they are the source of the issue. How would you stop littering other than issuing fines/penalties?
