Software designed for cellphones that utilizes the camera. THe object within a picture taken from the camera would be recognized from which then valuable information would be pulled from the internet to suit the object. Examples: Taking a picture of a product at a store would pull of more information about the product, reviews, user opinions, etc. Taking a picture of someones face would give you information about them incase they are a wanted criminal, sex offender, or if there is anything dangerous about them.

Aside from the fact that a photo of an object has to conform to some sort of standard to match a standard file photo, in all probability the actual name of the product could be much more accurate in pulling out information on the web. Photos of people would be terribly invasive of privacy and specific information would be a step closer to a big brother society.
There is actually a product in development that adheres to this same prinicple of seamless information but it's used to a much further extent.
