Variable digital speed limit | |||||||||||||||||
Urban cities should put variable electric digital speed limit signs on Interstates leading out of the city. The speed limit sign should show a faster speed limit (weather permitting) during rush hour to "empty" the more dense urban area (where everyone is trying to leave from) so to reduce the amount of time that rush hour lasts.

This exists in Finland.
Also, we need to make slow moving vehicles (and big trucks) drive on the right lanes. Many drivers in U.S. have no common sense on this one.
Orlando Florida already has a few of these digital sppe limit signs downtown on I-4. I have seen them show from 50 down to 30Mph.
