i noticed that neither ups or fedex, dont know about others, offer any kind of mobile tracking, you have to be at a computer to check a shipment. wouldnt it make sense to offer to send a text message instead of an e-mail. I would like to know when my package is near, or delivered, so i can have a neighbor bring it in, or know when i have to be home to sign. it seems pretty simple to me.
