I've often wanted this too. If you google "fold up shower seat" you will find many products like this. However, they are typically designed for handicapped people and thus tend to cost too much.

My wife is quite ill and when she takes a shower she puts a waterproof inexpensive plastic chair under the shower and it works fine.
