"I'm sorry" driving gesture | |||||||||||||||||
While there is a very clear gesture for showing displeasure for driving there is not a good one for showing that you're sorry for making a mistake. I believe a good one-handed gesture that acted as a mea culpa could smooth day-to-day driving emotions. My initial suggestion is a raised pinkie as the weak finger could be a sign of deference. However, it may be hard to make out which finger someone is raising from a distance. Open to other suggestions.

A gesture seems more difficult to popularize than maybe an additional light or electronic visual indicator.
That finger is quite critical. An open hand might be safer.
I know that it could be hard to see, but I think I'd suggest shrugged shoulders.
The pinkie-thing could be mistaken for another finger.
I like this idea. Maybe smacking the side of your head with an open hand?
How about having an "I'm Sorry" hard card on your dash board and raise it out the window when you need. Make sure that the font is big enough.
Maybe have "sorry" lights on the car that only go off when you press the sorry button?
May be.From:http://www.battery4.us/laptop-battery/dell-gk479.htm
