In the United States most neighborhoods have neighborhood Home Owner Associations (HOA). These HOAs charge maintenence fees to maintain the community. The idea is to instal Solar Panels on each home within the community to leverage the solar power that we lose each day. Instal a station that collects and distributes energy equally to the tenants of the HOA, and sell back any excess energy to the grid.
