A breath of fresh air | |||||||||||||||||
Do people get enough sleep, are we overstressed as a population. Why do we consistently buy coffee and energy drinks by the gallon in an attempt to experience that little pick me up. As a student I have had my fair share of late nights and suffered for it the next morning, which game me the idea of potentially setting up oxygen cubicles. Would a 15-30 minute stint within an oxygen chamber enhance your awareness or relieve levels of stress. Would you feel revitalised from a breath of fresh air or simply from getting away from it all for a half hour ?

Great concept, gaming ideas. No doubt it could create lots of original thinking, with or without oxygen.
It might be nice while you are in it, but I suspect that as soon as you got out and breathed regular air, you would experience a crash similar to come off of a drug. A better way to relieve stress and improve sleep is to get plenty of exercise.
Like Micheal Jackson did?
