Depending on which area of a car window is open, the airflow inside the car changes. Using suction cups to hold the window. Multi-dimensional motors would move the window so it can be opened from front to back instead of only up and down. With my idea the cars airflow will be at your command and will either be in your face ONLY or not on your face.

I am some confused as to where the glass would go that moves out of the window frame.
the glass if moved in a forward direction would offset slightly outside the window/door frame, and if moved backwards would also offset to the cars exterior and parallel to the rear window.
