Pre-birth language | |||||||||||||||||
This item http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/11/091105092607.htm indicates that there is linguistic learning before birth. Perhaps a belly speaker on a strap with recorded linguistic lessons might advance language earning before the baby is born. Selected music also might be helpful.

Sand, this has been 'known' for quite some time--my kids are in college, but we 'read' to them in utero.
In the 1989 comedy movie "Parenthood", Rick Moranis's character is obsessed with this.
Although suspicions in the matter have been long standing this is a scientific study confirming them which is something else altogether. But my suggestion for a Walkman type unit to supplement the process is an innovation.
