I have an answering machine because I want to screen my calls. I wish I could use the phone companies voicemail in a way that by answering the phone I could press a button to listen to a person as they leave voicemail and then pick up if I want mid message. Caller ID doesn't work well in my experience since al the people I don't want to talk to have their number blocked.
