People of different heights have different needs with regard to the height of a toilet. Why not manufacture toilet seats that automatically adjust to the height of their users?

Adjust ability may be worth while. But the automatic part seems too gadgety and expensive to me.
OK, so a manufacturer can make the adjustability mechanical instead of expensively electric and motion-detecting. The manufacturer can attach a special lever to help the user achieve this effect, a lever that with the assistance of a foot would lift or lower the toilet seat.
Probably easier to have the floor adjust. . .
