Make a homemade mini lazer that can raise the tempature by around 50 to 100 degrees C. By mini i mean the size of a flower pot thats 1 foot tall and a diameter of a foot across.

That wouldn't be legal, except in certain circumstances in which you would not be asking here, but rather would be asking a group of engineers or scientists that make or use lasers that big.
You can buy some surprisingly powerful lasers, such as ones made by Dragon Lasers. But they're mighty pricey.
