Create a Baby Nasal bulb that will be powered (like a vacum) to make it easier to help infants breath when congested.

Hospitals regularly use a vacuum pump apparatus to suck mucus from the throats of people om breathing machines. It is not cheap and probably would not be worth the expense of someone merely raising a baby.
