i read on the internet that liquid helium is a superfluid hand holds no viscosity, which means that Quote,"Stir some chilled helium in a coffee cup and it will continue to swirl around effortlessly forever", anyways, so because helium is grouped in the noble gasses, it can become electrified right? well if you electrify liquid helium enough so that it holds that charge for a few days, you could spin it around in a tube like a small hula hoop or something and have a coil on the inside part(not inside) of the tube. because you have a charge circulating around the coil, the coil will also form a charge in the direction the helium is moving. the only thing you would need would be a lowpower cooling source and something to charge the helium every few days for an infinant amount of power because the helium never stops.

Good grief! Another perpetual motion machine.
The magnetic field will decelerate the helium. The majority of the drag in any generator comes from magnetic attraction/repulsion, not friction. The electricity being created by this generator, like any generator, comes from converting the kinetic energy (energy of motion) into electrical energy. As electrical energy is produced, an equal amount of the kinetic energy must be lost. So the generator slows and eventually stops unless some other source continues to apply energy to keep it turning. You never get more energy out than you put in.
There is some benefit in trying to develop super low friction generators, and super cooling can be used to produce superconductivity, which would also increase efficiency. But you can't get more than 100% efficiency. If you want to be an inventor, you need to avoid falling into the perpetual motion machine trap.
Storage of energy as kinetic energy is being done with flywheel energy storage (FES) already. This is done in vacuum to minimize drag and friction.
so mr anderson, your telling me that in a toothbrush recharger, the electricity will actualy slow down because electricity has motion and why would the helium slow down because of magnetic energy? there are not any magnets, only currents that influence eachother.

The electricity does not slow down. The rotor of the generator slows down. In your helium device, the rotating helium acts as the rotor. Electrical currents don't influence each other directly. An electrical current creates a magnetic field which can induce an electric current in another conductor that moves through the magnetic field. That's the principle behind generators. The induced current creates its own magnetic field which pushes back against the original magnetic field. This slows the rotor.
Maybe you already know about the principles of electric motors and generators. If not, I recommend you learn about them. They're quite fascinating.
