I'd like a light on the front of my car so that the person in from of me knows I am using cruise control (and to get out of the way so I don't have to break the cruise if I am going faster than them).

I'm not really sure why cruise control is a reason for people to get out of your way. I have CC and it doesn't prevent me from decelerating if I just press the brake pedal with my foot. To me, the real issue is just that you want other people to get our of your way. I don't think other people need a light to know that you want them to get out of your way. Everybody wants everybody else to get out of their way--that's just the way we are naturally. Perhaps though, you could make a light which reminds people to get out of your way in some sort of extra way. Isn't that what flashing your brights does?

Newer vehicles have adaptive cruise control. If it senses a vehicle in front of you is going slower than you, it will automatically match its speed until you switch lanes to pass.

The one in front of you is more than likely talking on a cell phone and will not see the "Light" or just about anything else--I know it is a lot of work for you to very lightly tap your brake or disengage cruise control LAZY.

HA HA HA HA laughing my caboose off at just how LAZY some people are!!!

GENIUS! How about one in the front and one in the back, that way people behind you who are going too fast don't ride your *ss, they just go around.

More importantly, get me a light that tells me the IQ of the people around me, their level of sleep deprivation, drunkeness level, age, and tendency towards "showmanship at 100mph".
