Maybe already invented. What about an unbreakable, unremovable (can be removed only by parent) GPS bracelet for children. Parents would pay monthly fee for service and child could choose which bracelet they want (different styles and designs).

there is no bracelet available at the moment.
i was thinking of something in titanium that was virtually untakeoffable. the locking mechanism maybe something based on those magnetic locks on dvds. you cant take them off without the machine.
Love it. Style it after the rubber awareness bracelets that are so popular right now. You could also put a little speaker it in that would beep every 30 minutes when the battery is low (sort of like smoke detectors).
