One comment...prove it. Give the world a copy of the full schematic with every detail on building one. Let everyone know YOU designed it, but then have others build and test them. I am confident your "machine" will not work. Go to www.tinaja.com and read what Don Lancaster has been writing about inventors for years. And don't get upset at "investors" not beating a path to your door. They don't know who you are or what it is that you think you've built. Prototype, test, resdesign, analyze, test, modify, etc..these are the steps every patent process I've been involved with at work and NOT ONE has proved profitable to the company! I believe Don has hit the nail on the head about inventing and it will help you decide what direction you should take now.

I got another one - A hovercraft needing no power.

Ingredients:1) Buttered bread. Everyone knows that a buttered bread always falls butter side down.2) Cat. Everyone knows that a dropped cat always lands on its feet.

Procedure:Tie the buttered bread to the back of the cat, butter side facing out. Drop the cat/bread to the floor. As it falls, the cat's feet will attempt to rotate to face the ground, but then the buttered bread will also attempt to rotate to fall butter side down. The assembly will instead hover over the ground rotating as alternately the cat's feet and the bread's butter side tries to fall to the ground. Four such cat/bread assemblies can be attached to a platform thus creating a hovering vehicle, requiring no fuels to operate!

By what you said, it sounds like NEPS is an overunity system, meaning that it is running at over 100% efficiency, creating enough energy to recharge the batteries, plus extra to run the home. if this is right, it is a physical impossibility, as any physicist will tell you, there are plenty of these supposed systems, but every one of them has only been tested and found to be over unity once, then never been repeatable, so one may assume that it was most likely either a mis-measurement, or some environmental source adding energy to the system ,which was never noted, and therefore unrepeatable. sorry, but this sounds like a scam system, or an error, so i agree with DaleW, you need to let others build/test the system to prove it.

well now, not just a physacist but an electrical engineer is telling you that the system described by this user could not possibly work and is almost insulting the intelligence of the users of this site that he/she posts such rubbish to waste our time reading it.
