It is an attachment that is fitted to allow the driver to use the facilities without having to stop. The disposed liquid is then ran through a filtration system to take out any impurities. Once done, it is stored for later use in a holding bin. At this point, it would just be water. You could use this for the radiator, windshield wiper fluid, or anything else where water is needed. The holding bin would be easy to access from the outside and would hold ten gallons or so.
