feature for a CD player | |||||||||||||||||
This is so obvious it must already exist. But not on my stereo! Here goes: a feature on multiple-disc cd players that will equalize the volume level for each CD to the ones played previously. It's so annoying when you have 6 cds playing and constantly have to adjust the volume whenever it changes discs.Ridiculously simple, yes?

Actually on all devices with a traditional volume control (which ajdusts the ratio of input signal to output signal going to the amplifier), to a control that selects what sound level you want the sound, and auto adjusts what would be the volume control so the sound level is what you desire.
