A built in electric jack positioned at each wheel.

When you get a flat just park the car and press the corresponding button and the car will automatically jack that wheel up. You will still have to do the wheel change yourself, but this should make it easier (and faster) to handle flat tires while in unfamiliar territory, or after dark.

Or instead you could just have a spare car mounted on the back and save on the weight of the jacks.
