A small clamp that attaches to the rear rack of a bicycle and then can be attached to the handle of a two wheeled shopping cart would permit a shopper to park the bike and then detach and roll the cart into the store. Shopping completed, the shopper re-attaches the cart and rides the bike home. Different types of carts could be designed for carrying various objects and even one for a small passenger.
