Many baking recipes call for sifting ingredients but when baking a large cake or several cakes it becomed tiring to activate the hand sifter for a large quantity. It would be simple to attach a small motor with a rim drive to the arm that spins the flour against the sifting screen. It might even be convenient to store flour in a large container with the sifter mechanism in the bottom and a measuring cup underneath much as the arrangement is on a coffee maker. Pressing a pushbutton would activate the spinner until sufficient flour was measured out for the recipe.

Get a Hoosier cabinet then. A motor would be soemwhat easy to add for anybody decent at fabrication.
I have examined several Hoosier cabinets through Google and nowhere is there an indication of a flour sifter. They all show a wooden cabinet, some with glass fronts, but nothing about sifting.
We have these in Australia.
