Most obstacle courses are outside affairs that take up a good deal of territory. If a kind of spooky house were designed with many rooms which formed various traps that could only be traversed by both figuring out how to get free to the next room and using a certain amount of skill involving climbing and crawling like the skills used in spelunking through dark tunnels and over strange large shapes with angled floors to cause disorientation, it might be fun for agile people to get through the puzzles. They would have to be carefully designed to be basiclly safe but challenging. It would combine the scares of an amusement park with physical challenges and there should always be an easy escape for people who decide that the course is too difficult and camera monitoring to see that people do not get into too much trouble. It should be designed so that the difficulties increase so that the participants could rate themselves as to how far they can go through the course before giving up.
